Resource should have excellent skills in SFDC service cloud, customization and configuration. Salesforce PD 1, Advanced Administration 501, SF Service cloud consultant(Nice to Have)

Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) :
1. Strong experience in Salesforce Service cloud
2. Strong experience in APEX and VF pages
3. Strong experience in Configuration

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Experience in Agile methodology
2. Experience in Lightning experience UI

Certifications Needed: Yes
